We will contact the MLRO to verify that the person named in section 13 is employed and authorised to act on behalf of the company named on this form. Please note that the form will not be processed until we receive confirmation from the MLRO.
13. Declaration
TeX will now carry out the necessary due diligence on the information submitted, once verified we will email a declaration to the signatory email address you have provided through our electronic platform Yoti. This declaration must be signed in order for your application to be processed, once we receive the signed agreement, we will instruct our finance department to issue your invoice.
