New TeX members do not automatically connect with existing members to begin processing electronic transfers. Firms must ensure their electronic transfer capability is in place and engage with TeX members individually as part of the onboarding process.
There are three phases to onboarding:
- Joining TeX
- Establishing a transfer capability and registering as a member of TeX
- Engaging with other TeX participants
