This form should be completed in conjunction with the ‘Notes to the Contract Club Joining Form and Registration Form’ which accompanies this form.

1. Applicant(s) Covered by this Joining Form
A joining fee is payable only once in respect of all applicants in a corporate group. If a joining fee has already been paid in respect of the Applicant’s corporate group The Applicant can tick the second box and complete the section below identifying the group of which they are part and providing supporting evidence.
2. Likely Applicants (optional)
It would help TeX if you list here the group undertakings likely to apply to join the Contract Club, but this is not essential. Including an entity in Section 2 does not guarantee that it will apply to join the Contract Club, or that any application to do so will be successful. If you wish to list more than 2 likely group applicants, please include the same details for each additional likely applicant in Section 4 (Additional Information).
3. Invoice Information (Joining Fee)
Invoices are sent by email as standard. If a printed invoice is required please note this in Section 4 (Additional information).
4. Additional Information (if required)
Include here any additional information for which there is insufficient space in any other Section of this form e.g. additional likely applicants or payment arrangements. Note that no applicant may specify any additional provisions, conditions or limitations on the terms of membership of the Contract Club and any additional provisions, conditions and/or limitations which are specified by any applicant will be void and of no effect.
5. Declaration
TeX will now carry out the necessary due diligence on the information submitted, once verified we will email a declaration to the signatory email address you have provided for electronic signature. This declaration must be signed in order for your application to be processed, once we receive the signed agreement, we will instruct our finance department to issue your invoice.
