Step 1
Raise the matter with the BAU Contact displayed on the TeX register to attempt resolution.
Step 2
If the BAU contact is unable to resolve the matter or no reply is received in a reasonable timescale, escalate to the First Tier Escalation Contact displayed on the TeX register to attempt resolution.
Step 3
If the First Tier Escalation Contact is unable to resolve the matter or no reply is received in a reasonable timescale, escalate further to the Second Tier Escalation Contact displayed on the TeX register to attempt final resolution.
Step 4
If the Second Tier Escalation Contact is unable to resolve the matter or no reply is received in a reasonable timescale, escalate to TeX (note you will need to provide copies of previous escalation contacts).
